Potbelly - Fort Collins

Order by doorstep and was disappointed when order came. I ordered the cubano and suppenkombo. I asked for grilled mushrooms and they only have huge pieces of fresh. I feel like the biggest part of my sandwiched mushroom was. it would make a great difference in taste when mushrooms were grilled. there was only a piece of thin ham and hardly a drawn swarm. barely one. the brot was good, but if you like me and a good cubano love. I wouldn't suggest this place. kartoffel soup was okay, but bland. overall this is only not my type of space. Maybe a few other sandeyare. better so it doesn't knock but not goimg to try again.

I visited today for the first time. The staff are sweethearts and notably take pride in what they are doing there. The Steakhouse Beef sandwich was wonderful, I will return when I'm in the area for sure.

I come in 3 times a week. Today I placed my order online for pick up. The sandwich was soaked in oil, I asked for none and it was missing the Swiss cheese. My salad was missing the dressing and no plastic silverware or napkins and I even tipped!! Was too far to drive back, so disappointed.

Customer service was below par. Wife and I ordered the same thing, yet her sandwich is MUCH smaller in length. Was charged for 2 bigger sandwiches though. Mac and cheese is way over-cooked. The sandwiches are about as big as a wrap, not much to them. $20 for what?? Won't be back. Update: August 31st. Still nothing.. They responded saying to email them, I did and still no response. Will be letting friends and family not to go here. Auto reply and they don't care.

Great flavor on the Italian sandwich, just a little smaller in size than I expected for first time visit and not a bigger option available. Lost star for less than eager customer service for a brand new place, however, will give them another shot soon as many friends love this chain. Heads up... parking lot was packed at lunch, nowhere to park.
