Old Elk Distillery - Fort Collins

I never write negative cripples, but that's disgusting. three of us went to dinner 12/26. Maybe there was the day after Christmas could be the reason for our bad experience. the service was poor, the food was moderately too poor. I can't see how they can stay in business if they don't improve. I for one, not back.

First time and it was a great experience. We started with a tasting flight. The food was outstanding.

Great atmosphere. Staff were professional, friendly and very accommodating to diners. The drinks were varied and nicely prepared. The food was beautifully presented and very good. We had the Elk sausage in a blanket, blueberry salad and maple bacon elk burger. Would definitely return for both food and drink.

Absolutely fabulous original cocktails. A limited but good food menu try the elks in a blanket.
