Longhorn Steakhouse - Fort Collins

Last night I was eaten on a steak, so on the day we were having a day with my spouse. about 4 watches advised so it was not very crowded. beautiful music, great menu, great service and cheap prices. that was amazing. I have a 12oz ribeye with maischekartoffeln and caesar salat and my man got new york strips with fries and salat. my 12-oz steak was human! so juicy...oo mine. it was great. I couldn't finish my meal and yes, we came new very hungry. we're coming back. I loved it here!

Some very dear friends of me treated me to this amazing dinner on my 40th birthday. I worked in five star restaurants in new york, and it takes a lot to impress me when I go for a quality meal. this steakhouse not only chased it, but they surpassed my expectations. I thought I cooked the best steak so far, and the timing of each course was fired on par. the server, supervisors and manager were stellar and super attentive. shantae austin was so charming, personal, made me feel at home. it was a Friday night and a full house. we went in when they overcame the first crowd, so they better believe that everyone was weed, but they kept her promise with such a personable and sincere attitude! Many thanks to the entire team that I feel special this day, and I wish them to advance all in their career!

Thanks for showing us you can improve in all areas. I have eaten at LHS in Texas for years. I celebrated every birthday, every year at their establishment. When LHS first opened in FTC in 2016 I had to go, and it was absolutely terrible all around. Took over an hour to get food during lunch, server completely forgot about me...it...was...bad. We gave them a second try for date night, since my partner has never eaten there, and noticed a major difference. Our server Dillion assistant Andrea were outstanding! Best customer service I've received anywhere in a long time; attentive, friendly, and very funny. The bartender made stellar drinks and the food was delicious. Food was quick, hot, and seasoned perfect. I didn't give 5 stars because I'm not sure about their consistency, since it's only the second time I've been. I'll update the review if they prove to be consistent with their quality and service. I did let the manager, Austin, know how much we appreciated the improvements since the last time I visited. He was very kind and it was good to hear he had been there as a server when it first opened. (we brought this delicious strawberry short cake home for dessert)

First time dining here. Delicious and a great value. It was our 36th Wedding Anniversary and it ended up being so great. Our server took a photo too for our memory.

Our waiter was amazing. we never had to ask or fly him. eating was amazing. I'm a cook, so if I find a place that knows how to cook a steak, I'm sold. the steak was cooked for perfection and melted in my mouth. the potato soup had great taste! we're safe back.
