Choice City Wings - Fort Collins

My friend ordered the duck wings with honey garlic sauce, while I went for an order of bone-in chicken wings—half with the mean mustard sauce and half with garlic parmesan. When the wings arrived, they did not disappoint! Both Choice City wings are made from high-quality meat that I craved during my time living in Fort Collins. I felt very welcome at Choice City Wings, thanks to the staff. Lauren and Gianna were incredibly attentive and offered great recommendations. Not only does this place serve amazing food, but they also boast an impressive beer selection and plenty of other drinks! We both tried one of their six malt beverages. I would recommend Choice City Wings to anyone in Fort Collins! The food is out of this world, and if you have vegetarians in your group, they will also find plenty of delicious options. I'm so glad I decided to visit Choice City Wings!

The meal I had was quite enjoyable, but there was one issue: the sauce on the wings didn’t really soak in; it just sat on top. The same goes for the dry rub, which seemed more like a sprinkle than an actual coating. There wasn't much heat to the flavors, although the "Cherished" dish had a bit of spice. However, the bevelled rings were delicious, and they have a fantastic selection of beers. The other appetizers looked great too. They clearly know what they’re doing in the kitchen, and I’m excited to see how they keep evolving. Overall, this is my favorite spot in the city.
