Chili's Grill - Fort Collins

We have mistakenly made a reservation in the wrong chilis restaurant, but this situation has done its best to put us as quickly as possible. that is an attentive service. the server was really friendly and helped us go through the menu to the best of what we spent and everything was delicious.

I don't know if it's the area where we were, but this chili needs some work. varnish outside was burst everywhere. inside parts were pleasant some were somewhat dirty. our server was a lot to do and the food service was fast. I'm sorry for the three star, but that looks like a lot to do with a 5 star.

Usually chili is quite normal, but this time not. eating was incredibly average, and the service was terrible. we were there before many other mozens around us, and yet they were served before us. In addition, we had to ask for beverage refills that arrived just before our departure. we were never presented with our bill, we were not asked if we wanted something else. all in all very disappointing experience. we will think twice about the return. also the menu has changed. I didn't feel that the sort was as good as the past.

Jennifer was upset because we wanted to sit where I could see the car that had the dog in there. very unprofessional. I have our meal and the pommes, where cold and did not know how to use the voucher for our free appetizer. I didn't eat anything, but my friend did it. eating was not impressed. in the holiday, the next time will not stop.

Very nice combo menu offerings at very reasonable price. The food is was very tasty, and we enjoyed great service. A fun casual spot!
