Bindle Coffee - Fort Collins

Excellent! The latte and iced americano were perfect. The breakfast burrito was delicious as well as the cinnamon roll! Can't wait to stop by again! We worked on our laptops inside for about 3 hours and it worked out, but there is limited seating. Maybe 6 spots for groups of 2. Lots of outdoor seating though!

I love coffee and a good coffee shop. I like Bindle for the atmosphere. I know this is a beloved local place and some people favor their coffee. Their drinks aren't my favorite simply because I haven't been a fan of their housecrafted syrups (this hurts my soul to say because I typically go with the house made items). The bourbon syrup and caramel had a similar sour almost burnt after taste. That being said, the Chai is great. I've also had a plain oatmilk latte that was solid. So, take that how you may. The overall tone is cozy, warm, and almost cabin-like. I love that and will continue to visit for atmosphere and stick to simple no-syrup beverage options. That definitely says a lot for the atmosphere!

The coffee was perfecto. Decaf espresso is hit or miss and this place was a hit.

Off the beaten path, but a total gem. Great coffee, and the cookie was excellent!
