Hunt Brothers Pizza - Fort Campbell

My family and I have ordered from this Brother Hunt location several times and usually everything goes smoothly. I placed a phone order and the worker was very helpful and polite. They were out of broth sticks, but I was able to order wings instead. When I got home and checked the order, it was incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke to a staff member about the mistake. They explained that the order had not been written down properly and offered to remake the pizza. While it was a nice gesture, the lack of sincerity in acknowledging the error was disappointing. Some extra training in customer service would be beneficial for the staff here.
