Domino's Pizza - Fort Atkinson

I ordered dominos at 11:07pm on a friday night placed the order online, i called to add an item to my order was told it would be about an hour wait. i said no worries thank you for letting me know. i called back at 12:37am asking for an update on my delivery they told me they couldn’t locate my address. i have ordered dominos in the past never had any issues receiving my order. i told them my address again how to easily find my location with detailed instructions. they proceeded to tell me it would be another 20-30 wait for the delivery. i stayed up waiting for it. 1:03am rolls around i get an email that my order was canceled. i was beyond frustrated at this point waiting almost two hours for delivery no food. when i worked for pizza hut delivered food i always called the customer if i needed assistance finding their location if the gps wasn’t accurate which was hardly ever! super disappointed because id rather choose dominos over pizza hut any day!

Manager hung up the phone on me when I was asking about my order and than shut off there phone line so I could not call back some rude workers at this domino's

Parking: Very limited parking. The delivery drivers definitely don't watch where they are going! I was almost hit multiple times at this location, getting in and out of my car.

Food is always hot. Reasonable delivery times. But when I've tried to order extra bacon on my pizza they always seem to forget.

Waited over 40 minutes for delivery. Driver delivered to wrong house. Dominos said it would be 45 min to an hour for them to just make it. Called to see if this was a mistake. Definitely wasn’t. Even though it was the drivers fault they refused to get the order back out to us in a timely manner. What ever happened to customer service. Sorry yall lost a customer today. If I could give this negative stars I would!
