Steak 'n Shake - Forsyth

Worst steak and shake I have had. The burger was so greasy and had so much mustard or pickles (shows how bad it was that i couldn't tell what it was) on it it was almost inedible.

The kiosks and no waitresses/waiters really take the charm out of this franchise wholeheartedly..

Coming from Ohio where the old Steak n Shakes are all 5/3 Banks . It was a delightful, delicious meal I been missing since pandemic

I'm not a big fan of the kiosk ordering system and the lack of wait staff for service.

I am old school and would rather be able to talk to a real person and give my order to and they write it down which takes a whole lot less time, rather than have to stand there trying to figure out how to use the stupid kiosk machines to even be able to place an order. It took way too long.Next, I don't know what I paid for because as you can see by the pics that my burger was smaller than my hand and so was my husband's and both burgers were over $7. The meat was paper thin and tasteless. The kiosk makes them look real big and good but when you get your food it's a joke.
