Shane's Rib Shack - Forsyth

In the night we visited, the customer service was fair, but not friendly. the food was marginal as the ocra was a big piece baked together. we had the sampler combo, ripening were very good.

I just had my order delivered to me. The carrier was real nice. And the food was delicious. I will definitely order from them again.

I have been there 5 times and the fries have been bad every time. Usually they are burnt but today they were well undercooked. Please take the time to ensure food quality,

This was the worst food and service I have ever received from this location. Did curbside. Checked in. 15 minutes later I had to go inside to find my food. Cashier said Oh. I'm sorry. No one was paying attention to the cue Food was horrible. Grilled chicken tenders so dry you couldn't eat them. Sweet potato fries cold. Potato salad and salads hot. And condiments that we asked for for the tenders weren't in the bag.

Seriously.... too many options. I think you could order the kitchen sink and it would taste great from this place. Prices are a little up there, but it is good food. Have never had a bad order from any Shane's.
