Welcome to Forster, the oyster capital of the world! It is also known as the North Coast, both titles equally magnificent.

We stopped here for a coffee and drinks one morning whilst waiting to go on the dolphin watch cruise. The service was disappointing to say the least, and took so long to get our drinks that we almost missed the boat - we had allowed 50 minutes. Did not return to try anything else for the rest of the holiday.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the coffee neither my mum or I could finish the coffee as it was bitter and tasted burnt and the date scone was very dry and dense in texture.

Popped in here for a coffee and eggs on toast with my family and had some great juices and the coffee was well above average for this part of the world where hot and wet ..... It doesn't win any awards but with Good clean decor and responsive staff it won't be a waste of money...

We had a fabulous brekkie here today! They advised us of a wait time but it was well worth waiting for.
