La Bohéme - Forres

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time today. When I called, I was informed that it would take about half an hour to deliver to my house in Kinloss. True to their word, the doorbell rang right around that time. I was thrilled to receive some of the most authentic Italian pizza I've seen outside of Italy! It was absolutely delicious—this place truly serves genuine Italian pizza. The flavors were remarkable, and the crust was superb (see photos attached). I've been missing out on this hidden gem ever since I moved here over a year ago! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I really wanted to write a glowing review, but unfortunately our pizza wasn't cooked properly. It was more like a "naked" pizza, as the crust didn't have that nice, crispy texture you expect from a traditional pizza. The toppings were fantastic, but without sauce or melted cheese to hold them in place, it made the pizza hard to eat without it falling apart. On the bright side, I tried the tiramisu and it was delicious! It would have been perfect with a little alcohol added, but one serving was definitely enough for two to share, as it was quite pricey. I'll give this place another shot with a traditional pizza and hopefully it will be better.

We had a fantastic dinner with delicious pizza and a fresh salad, along with some incredible baba ghanoush specials. There was so much great food that it was tough to choose! A few days later, we enjoyed lunch there as well, and it was exceptionally good again. The best part was that it was conveniently located at the campsite, so we didn't have to cook or travel anywhere else after setting up our tent.

Best pizza in Scotland! A must visit when I'm the area

Lovely outside spot to soak up the sun and the pizza was sublime. Delicious selection of Italian dishes and GF/Vegan available.
