Costa Coffee - Forres

We frequent this Costa Coffee when shopping at Tesco. The staff and service are outstanding. Since the pandemic, our visits have become less frequent, but it's worth noting the employees' dedication to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols, including track and trace. All procedures are followed strictly, especially when it comes to cleaning tables and overall hygiene. This level of care is not something you find everywhere. The entire team here deserves recognition and praise for their exceptional service.

I ordered my drink and took a seat because my knee was hurting. When my drink was ready, the girl who served me (who was cleaning at the time) came by and picked up my coffee without asking me. It's nice to see that this place in STL values good customer service!

On a hazy, frustrating morning in July, I decided to take a break during my travels and stumbled upon a recently renovated Costa in Tesco Forres. The café now offers more space and plenty of comfortable seating. As a long-time Costa coffee drinker, I appreciated the upgrade, but what truly stood out were the friendly, smiling faces of the baristas. Well done, Costa!

Had eaten a nice bite with 3 kumpels and we had all drinks. very helpful staff and service was faster than expected as it was very busy at the time. only mistake is that in a Tesco shop it reflects the prices dinnae, which they can buy, i.e. Pepsi diet is cheaper in business.

As usual my husband and I had a very enjoyable coffee once again and, as reported previously, we have a very pleasant, helpful and efficient staff at Costa within the premises of Tesco in Forres, Morayshire.
