Bellavista - FORIO

Our last evening in Ischia was spent at this delightful restaurant in the company of the charming Francesco. The food, service and setting were perfect and we would’ve loved to have visited more. Hopefully we will be back again one day.

A very old and outdated restaurant with shabby decoration. Decent pasta dish and wine but erratic service and some strange addition on our bill. The owner is a sweet kind old man but in between serving sat at one of the tables playing on his phone with the volume at full blast. He served a dessert directly from a packet from a freezer positioned in the middle of the restaurant and squirted aerosol cream on to it from a can and chocolate sauce from a plastic bottle..

As good as always ; after 12 years we are still very happy to visit Frank in his fantastic place. Food is perfect and place very romantic. We love it.

Located close to a beautiful hotel solution, the Bellavista welcomes guests with true sympathy, in a cozy and clean environment. to get there the road is windy and, for those who drive, absolutely not recommended to taste alcohol!
