Auld Cafe - Forfar

This café is quite spacious and offers a diverse menu, with half of the options being vegan. There are plenty of choices available, and it’s refreshing to see more than just the typical offerings. The creativity put into the menu really sets it apart!

We enjoyed a delightful lunch here in February 2023. The menu offers a wide range of vegan options, clearly reflecting careful consideration in their preparation. We tried the nacho burger, featuring a black bean patty coated in tortilla chips, which was served alongside some delicious chips. We also had a baguette filled with tofu chunks in Asian flavors. For dessert, we chose the biscoff cheesecake from their selection of vegan sweets, and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent, with staff who were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

This is a great cafe, half the menu is vegan so there are lots of choices. Not just the usual boring options either, a lot of imagination has gone into the menu which makes a nice change
