The egg rolls were the only thing good. The chicken chow mein was covered in oil and half the box was filled with oil it was like a grease soup don't even think about putting the to go bag in your car the grease will leek through the bag and all over your car

Middle of the road Chinese/American food. Bland but edible after a long day. Fair prices. Everyone is very nice.

Shout out again to Tahoe Chinese food from Barbara in Guerneville and Oakland. ALWAYS the best at what they do. You will be happy letting Bing and Lisa prepare your meal for the evening. Thanks again, see you sooner than later.

I have been coming here since I moved to Forestville 15 years ago. I live 5 minutes from this establishment, so I want to be able to like this place. We don 't have many choices for takeout in Forestville... I took a break from eating here, since the favorite chicken item made us feel sick, and too many mushy vegetables. So we came back, after a couple years break, and I stopped ordering meat, and order the exact same thing every single time. They know who we are, what we look like. So today, placed the same order that we always place, and was given 2 chow meins in place of my 2 orders of veggie pot stickers. This order was placed over the phone, and I think they wrote it down wrong, because I hate the chow mein. I do *NOT* think I ordered 2 chow meins in place of 2 pot stickers. But they say that they wrote down that I ordered 2 chow meins. Whatever. Worst customer service ever. Is it possible they made a mistake? I think they did. Is it possible I ordered an item I hate, I don 't think so. Do they care if I buy food every week? No. If you want to patronize that kind of place, go ahead. It 's taken me 15 years, and the only thing I can eat are the veggie pot stickers, veggie chow fun, and egg rolls yeah, that 's my same order, every time I order. And every time I ask for some kind of spicy sauce they used to have spicy oil, but no more. The food is so bland. The husband gave me a spicy something, last time i was there, but apparently the wife has no idea what that is. Will *NEVER* offer me a spicy thing, though every time I ASK FOR SOMETHING SPICY to put on the food. And they are really slow. And they aren 't open on Sunday. And don 't expect lunch on Saturday. And count your fortune cookies before you leave. You know what, the drive to Hang Ah 2130 Armory Drive, 707 576 7873 in Santa Rosa is worth it, for food and service : Today was my last time. I had to pay for 2 chow meins, that THEY KNOW I DO NOT WANT, and then had to order and pay and wait for the two order pot stickers : I ordered at 4:15, cuz they open at 4:30, and I am just now getting to eat my food at 5:45 one hour and 30 minutes and two drives back and forth from my house. Thanks for the burned pot stickers see photo. But you know what, the most important thing to know is that THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS YELP REVIEW and THEY DON 'T CARE IF YOU ARE A RETURN CUSTOMER OR NOT think on that. You know what, I should be thanking them, cuz Hang Ah in Santa Rosa is so much better anyway and deserves the love.
