Bidrage med feedbackThe service at this restaurant was lackluster. When I was offered to upgrade my order to a meal deal, I was not informed of the price.
We have visited this restaurant several times due to the limited options for healthier meals in Cinderford, but each visit has been disappointing. The staff often ignore customers or take a long time to acknowledge them. The food is slow to be served and inconsistent in temperature depending on who prepares it. The cheese doesn't always melt properly, and the service can be impersonal, especially during busy times. One staff member seems to struggle with calculations, and we experienced a long wait for our order. The cappuccino machine is frequently out of order, and overall, the restaurant seems to have a lack of attention to detail. It is a shame, as with some improvements, they could attract more satisfied customers.
I was absolutely amazed by the atmosphere here and the very nice young employees were very well gifted and helpful. unfortunately they were not able to give me cutlery, but as these press times a 10mm-spanner in my vehicle solved that large food and...big service keep it recommended to 1000%
How do they expect to eat an salad without cute. I visited this subway yesterday and aside from very little of the things we wanted to make available. I chose an salate. through the whole process of ordering and selection....But after I paid, I only asked myself to say cute that they have no and put a job for some. the server then went into a back room, I thought she was going to use something else, but she just hid out of the way. a very disorganized and badly managed subway that is a canvas as the salat was actually very beautiful, even if it was eaten with my fingers. what is not really acceptable in the current climate.
Given the cost of the food, (the cost of a sandwich could probably feed an Ethiopian for a month..or more) they run out of ingredients, wraps, baguettes, fillings a *lot*. and the oven equipment breaks down occasionally. maybe this is what happens when you diversify ..(sell more variety of products). you can't stock as much of each ingredient (because there are more different ingredients to stock) so you run out more. you'd have thought with 100% overhead, they could keep things in stock and working. maybe this is why companies (American spend SO MUCH on BRANDING. that way, they can sell a very mediocre product at quite a high price, as something special. obviously you don't get to be a million CEO of a company by spending money on your product. if you have a logo in your head, you'll come back even when they don't have it in stock. the staff are reasonable, if they are in a good mood or fancy you, they are reasonably helpful. safety notice cinderford is a small-to-medium town, that thinks it's a small town, and acts like small town. I'd advise getting a dashcam before you drive there. pedestrians and sometimes cars don't seem aware that there are cars and other road users that use the road. otherwise, pedestrians wouldn't walk across busy roads with zero awareness, and car drivers would behave like they are driving...a car. (or avoid Cinderford) for the person who said they didn't make her feel important they are shop staff. they are there to give you a product, not to make you feel important stop whinging. it's a shop, not a self-help group.
