Norman Quack's Everyday Chophouse

Never had an issue with this place over the years but today was disappointing. Server had 1 other table (6 ppl) besides us (2 ppl). We were ready to walk out when he finally came over and asked our drink order, about 10 mins. By this time, we were ready to order. Place order with soup as our starter. Nothing, nothing, nothing and then our meal came from a different server. We mentioned our missing soup. She told our server and he ran back to get our soup and all he said was he forgot. Flavor...what flavor? Steak was a good cut but no flavor. Ordered MR but was over cooked to medium, but cut was good. Overall D+ due to server, lack of flavor and disgusting mens bathroom. Server never even asked if we wanted anything more such as dessert, I think he knew we were upset.

Loved the service, loved the atmosphere, and the food was pretty dang decent! My favorite part was their creative cocktail list! We loved trying them!We will definitely come back.

The bad reviews about this place are true, especially about the owner. She’s meaner than you can even imagine. For no reason!! They might as well just close this place because she clearly doesn’t care about it

I've loved this place for several decades and our most recent visit was received with poor service, wrong order, forgotten delivery of items... It's my understanding they have new management and it shows, unfortunately not for the best.

It was so juicy.it was hot of the grill..they got good salad.
