Pizza Pasta City - Forest Hills

The young man was so polite and friendly. He was cleaning. The place is very clean. Pizza was perfectly crispy, not burnt. Could have a bit of better flavor tho even after i put condiments. I would go back esp bc of the service.

I highly recommend visiting this place for their delicious pizzas, vodka sauce, hot wings, and French fries. You won't be disappointed. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very polite. Be sure to check it out!

This USED to be the best Pizza Spot. Keyword USED to. The food quality was getting worse worse. I don't know what you did to the Pizza Sauce but it's not the same. Now the service is just as bad. No one was in the store and your telling your customerwho already ordered 30 dollars worth of food to hurry up? Advice To the owners: Your better off turning this into a $0.99 centPizza spot, you already have kids in the front running the place like they don't want to be there.

If I could, I would rate this restaurant a 3.5 out of 5. I tried a slice of pizza here for the first time and it seemed like it had been out for a while. While $3 for a slice isn't too expensive, it is a bit pricier compared to other places where regular slices cost around $2.50. The taste of the pizza was decent and I would likely eat here again if I'm feeling too lazy to go to other pizzerias.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but ordering over the phone can be a frustrating experience. There seems to be a language barrier as I'm not sure if they speak English, Spanish, or Italian, but I am fluent in all three. When I tried to order a "steak and cheese," it was impossible to get my order right. However, when I ordered online, the food was tasty. Today, we ordered a "bacon pizza," but received a "vegan pizza" instead. When I called to correct the order, it took multiple attempts and explanations to finally get it sorted out. Despite the mix-up, the food quality is not the issue, it's the difficulty with telephone orders. If I were the owner, I would suggest outsourcing the calls to ensure orders are placed accurately. Additionally, the manager tried to convince me that vegan food is expensive and good, but I explained that it was not what I had ordered. Overall, this experience was frustrating, especially since it was our three year anniversary dinner that we had to take home to eat separately.
