D'angelo's Pizza Pasta - Forest Hills

I used to enjoy getting pasta from this place, but today I decided to try a salad and discovered a bug in my food. When I reported it and showed an employee, he removed it and claimed it was just chicken. Little did he know I had already taken a picture to show my mom because I was so shocked and wanted to confirm what I saw. They did offer me a replacement salad, but their attempt to downplay the situation reveals a lack of accountability and respect for their customers.

I felt a bit worried when my delivery arrived more than 10 minutes late, but everything was exactly as I ordered, and I even received a few extra items like bread and sauces, which was a nice surprise. Gabriel is truly a gentleman and a scholar—kudos to him and his team! Thank you, D'Angelos!

My first experience with this restaurant was a significant letdown. I ordered the Alla Cacciatore, but the chicken was overcooked to the point that it tasted like cardboard. The portion size was quite small, and the dish was mostly filled with spaghetti. I won’t be ordering from here again—this was a major disappointment.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The pizza is extremely overpriced, and the flavors were lacking. I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza, but it was overly tangy and the chicken itself was bland. I wouldn’t come back unless you make an effort to improve your dishes and earn better reviews. Please reconsider your sauces, ingredients, and toppings for the pizzas, as the prices seem much higher compared to other places nearby. Perhaps we’ll meet again in the future, but I won't be returning unless things change.
