Subway - Forest Heath

The promotion at Subway for the Days of Christmas was buy one footlong sandwich, get one free. When I went to pay and scanned my subcard, the full price was still charged for both sandwiches. I mentioned the promotion, but was told that this particular store was not participating. I paid full price and enjoyed my very delicious lunch. Later, I found a PDF on Subway's website stating that the Newmarket location was indeed part of the promotion. I saw the store advertising it in the window a week later. I contacted Subway customer service with the PDF, but received a generic response. My follow-up email mentioning the window advertisement was ignored. I will use up my free sandwiches, but will not be returning to Subway in the future.

Over an hour late and delivery totally wrong with no promised replacement after an hour of reporting. Shocking service.
