Christine was a fantastic host. Very funny and hospitable. The food was lovely. Great, fast service.

Our experience at the restaurant was terrible. It was one of our group's birthday and we had booked/requested a special birthday accordion dinner months in advance. However, our experience was completely ruined as the rude staff did not acknowledge our booking notes or do anything special for the birthday. To top it off, we did not even receive a thank you from the staff, even after we paid. The service was poor and seemed to be run by disrespectful children. This really brought down our experience at Center Parks Elveldon.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, and everyone in my party loved their meals! I highly recommend this place. The service was outstanding, Lisa was very attentive and provided top-notch service. I would give her a 10/10 rating!

Christine was the friendliest waitress we encountered during our stay at Centre Parcs. The food at Bella Italia was delicious, as usual.
