Bidrage med feedbackI was disappointed to find that the restaurant has not been renovated. Some customers even drove there only to leave disappointed. On a positive note, there is a gallery next door with stunning artwork and crafts available for sale.
We have tested 5 websites (all with different opening times) and called two phone numbers (one separated and one not answered), so now suspect that this location is closed. only the website for boranup gallery indicates that the caffe is currently closed. nothing on cafe boranup, Trip...Advisor, yelp, tomato or AGTM pages suspect that it is closed. it is a long way to cycle or even drive to close it. very disappointing that there are no current information.
Although we had only a few days in the opposite, I had to come back for seconds. sitting here under the toothmine tree that listens to all kinds of birds and the wind blows through the trees is so comforting for her heart and...soul eating is healthy with a great variety. the employees are an absolute credit for the company, they are so friendly, efficient and so courteous. I personally recommend a visit also next door is a gallery with pre-placed artists that they all want to possess
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service. However, during my most recent visit, our order took longer than usual and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. I requested a dish that was not on the menu (as all the ingredients were available in other dishes) and was told they could accommodate my request. Unfortunately, the chef seemed to not prioritize my order because it was not listed on the menu. Additionally, one of the staff members was seen wearing sunglasses indoors and complaining about the busy crowd. This experience led me to believe there may have been a change in ownership, as we had never experienced such poor service before. The food was also quite pricey. I most likely will not be returning in the future.
Located off Caves Road, this cafe is in a secluded area with little else around. When we visited, it was quite busy and we had to wait in a long queue to order food. We chose to sit on the verandah and despite it being December, it was quite warm. Unfortunately, the table was not very clean and there wasn't much effort to clear it. The service was slow, but the meals were good, although a bit expensive. I imagine it would be much more enjoyable during a cooler time of year when you can appreciate the view of the forest. Next door, there is a gallery with pricey artwork, so we decided to pass on visiting it.
