Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The salad was great. The shrimp meal was unfortunate. I know that they are trying to broaded their scope from offering just chicken because basically you 've done chicken as well and it all. This assumption basically was how the shrimp felt and how the shrimp fell apart in your hand. The shrimp looked and tasted like minced baby shrimp reshapened, breaded and fried to look like jumbo shrimp. Nothing wrong with this but the taste and cost (baby shrimp vs. jumbo shrimp). It 's a shame. The salad was good.

Unfortunately the service has gotten bad, ordered a salad, to eat there, and they had no silverware but didn't know this until I got my salad. Then they acted like it was my fault. Salad was smaller than what I have received in the past and every thing was cut into small pieces. Very dissatisfied and won't be back. (This was a while back)I decided to give them another chance today and it seems they are getting back to their original service and good food, only unsatisfiable part was my son ordered a large fry and I had a Big Zax Snack and I had more fries than he did but he paid for more...

I hadn't thought about Zaxby's in a while, but I stopped by yesterday after a long time, and it was quite good!

Placed a curbside order while sitting in their parking lot. Immediately marked that we were there waiting for our order. We sat for about 45 minutes, watched 10-15 cars come through the drive thru and leave, still nothing. Eventually, we went though the drive thru and got our order instantly. You could tell the food had been sitting there a while. Don’t know if it’s a computer problem in the restaurant or employees simply not wanting to walk outside, but something is wrong there.

Extremely rude drive-through employee, another employee puffing on pall malls right at the drive-through order screen, laughing at the other employee being rude to me. 60 bucks for overpriced chicken. Won't be back.
