It's Just Wings - Forest City

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly.

I ordered the spicy barbecue wings and fries, and they were delicious. As for parking, I was able to park right in front of the restaurant for my late lunch, with plenty of open spaces on either side.

I was extremely let down by this restaurant. Firstly, when I went to pick up my wings, I checked in at my spot and waited outside for what felt like forever. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I decided to go inside and found my food just sitting on the shelf with the staff leisurely sitting around. When I informed the guy how long I had been waiting, he completely ignored me and threw my bag at me. I took my food back to the hotel only to find that everything was thrown haphazardly in the box, with curly fries that were burnt and soggy, drenched in wing sauce. I wasn't even provided with any silverware or a straw for my drink, which also happened to be the wrong one. The only decent aspect was the wings, but even then, the sauce was more on the fries than on the wings. I'm not usually a picky eater, but I was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of the food at this establishment.

Chili's seems to excel at mediocrity no matter which location you visit. Same bland food, same average service, and same halfway clean store are the hallmarks of the franchise. Too bad. This location could be a great place to watch the ballgame with a burger and a cold beer.

Food was excellent and came out quick. Some of the tables were dirty, and it looked like they were lacking help. But overall, it was a great experience.
