Bidrage med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was poor. One employee helped an older woman download an app while others ignored customers waiting in line. It appeared that the manager was talking loudly to disinterested employees with their backs turned to customers. The atmosphere was unprofessional and unacceptable. I left and purchased my snacks at the friendly IGA store next door.
My daughter is in the footscray hospital. all I'm looking for is not a pickle add-latetuce because the cash would not add salat they refused to add it. manager is terrible. I took this and it was disgusting. to drink in soda. they look at the photos, admitted, I never complain about things, but I think it's because my daughter is uncomfortable.
The service at this restaurant is incredibly unprofessional. They got my order wrong three times and took 20 minutes to bring me my coffee. It's baffling how difficult it seems for them to make a simple burger here. I would much rather travel 10 minutes to another restaurant. And don't even get me started on the big hair I found in my food! Disgusting.
Over the 12th to the 14th went to this site to get a thick shaking, we were on the way from the gippsland and had stopped at two mcdonalds, one in the southeast suburbs and one in the west. who are they. to complain people, they have been made like sheep, go and check the work on mcdonalds shops on the right side of the city, no companions, no rubbish, over, no dirty stinking parking while they renovate. still west seems to pay more and less, as in the case of the Asian gentleman, who manages the business around 11.00 clock in this night. my question: may I have a fruit milkshake? I was told why I asked his broken. ..but the 2 girls (stant, who had just banged) they know who they are all, wondered, laughed and on their large earthly thick shakes next to me. I turned to go and stopped, looked at the personal to arrest and laugh at them. that is correct. western suburbs, treat us as müll, if they have the same attitude of the workers, my money is not good enough, or do they not need it? hospitality is gastfreundschaft, service is service, people are people, why it is not these mcdonalds do. I accuse the administration of how mumbling does not roll on the hill.
What can I say? It's a McDonald's. It is a well-operated franchise. It's open 24 hours, popular with police officers and other late-night workers. Sometimes it is clear that they are short-staffed and the tables are not cleared quickly, but they do try and usually it is good. The $1 specials around midnight are very popular and a great deal. The outdoor tables can be a bit chilly and dreary. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, mostly young kids, but they can see that I am elderly and often offer to bring my order to me. Sometimes I have to ask because I can't reliably carry cups of coffee, and they are always happy to accommodate. For that, I give them top marks.
