She was dirty and disgusting , she cheated with the quantity and gave me half the size of the usual Salad , same with footlong sandwiches. We were shocked with the bad and terrible service this lady offered. Worst Subway ever .
Staff needs to know how to listen when telling them how to make your Sub. Gotta learn how to do it the right way!!
Went there to get a tuna sandwich, but they were out of tuna. I had to go somewhere else.
We went there this morning before 9am and there was one staff present. Her name is Rosy. I don 't know if she was having a bad day or just didn 't like us, my son and I. We are Asians by the way. She seemed fine with 2 previous Hispanic males but when our turn came, she was rude. You can clearly sense by the tone of her voice that she was annoyed specially when I asked her to repeat what she said. I got annoyed myself and told her to be nice. She said she 's not rude but then the tone of her voice and the manner the way she was talking to me change 100% after. So I figured, she can show good customer service if she wants to. But then again, maybe she also chooses which customer(s) she will be nice to. This happened to us once before, a long time ago, in another subway. We never returned there, made sure all my friends and relatives know what had happened and encouraged them not to go to that branch.
Absolutely Terrible service. After almost completing my 2 foot longs and 1 6in the manager Rosy put them in the garbage and refused me service. All this because they didn’t want to change gloves and the paper under my sandwich. I requested to change paper and gloves because of touching pepperoni which I can’t eat(cross contamination). Also, no health certificate or business license is posted on front as Manager Rosy denied showing me the health certificate and license.
