Waipahu Cafe

I went in today 02/23/24 to make a take out order. Once I was ready to order, I asked the waitress if I could order. She did NOT say one word to me, but then gave another customer a menu. I then proceeded to tell her what I wanted to order. That's when 2 customers came in. She then proceeded to not acknowledge me started talking to he other customers that just walked in.I then left and called to speak with the owner of the cafe. The same lady answered and I asked if I could speak to the owner. She proceeded to say she didn't understand what I was saying. And I repeated my self a few more times. She keepSaying she didn't understand. And then she finally hung up. Very RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL!

The food was very good. I ordered the Loco Moco. It is a small place but worth the food and the price.

Great breakfast spot. Their fried rice is ono, and so are all the Korean foods on the menu. Friendly service and plenty of parking. They do add your bill by hand, and once we were overcharged $7.00, but it happens, we just pay attention to the tab when we get it.

There is only 5-6 dine in table, A/c, lots of free parking, counter top tables with about 6-7 single chairs.. Friendly staff. Food is amazing especially the Kimchee fried rice ! Local deluxe is a plus : Kid-friendliness: Tables for families to eat , but first come first serve.
