The cashier didn’t have positivity when taking order. They were mean and didn’t treat us with kindness.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant isn’t so good and yummy and delicious food on earth food my favorite drink I’d ice coffee and side order Tacos and buttermilk.

Decent fast food that won't break the bank.Parking: 50 plus spaces.

I went to this Jack in the Box yesterday, November 7, sometime about 1:00 pm. This is the WORST experience I ever had in any fast food restaurant. The staff were irrelevantly loud, talking about matters not related to food service at all. I happen to speak Ilocan so I understood the loud conversations some even talking about takki (feces or human waste)!!! It was so DISGUSTING! I cannot believe this to be happening in an eating place like this. The staff were loudly gossiping about other people 's lives, or just matters that had nothing to do with serving food. There is an acute need for staff training. I would NEVER go back to this place again. If I could rate it a zero (0) star for this experience, I would.

Food is always the same and the service staff are very friendly, well mannered.
