Of the two JITB locations I visit most frequently, this one stands out as exceptional. The late-night and early-morning crew here are fantastic. Keep up the great work!
I wish I could give this place zero stars! I've never experienced such terrible service and employees. I waited 10 minutes in the empty drive-thru with several staff members around, and no one responded! If you can't do your job properly, then you should consider resigning!
I am genuinely appalled. I, along with 14 hungry friends, attempted to place an order through the drive-thru, even though we didn't have a car, and we were completely ignored. What kind of nonsense is this? The staff wouldn't even acknowledge us! #unbelievable! I will never eat at Jack in the Box again due to this terrible customer service. Big disappointment!
Jack in the Box is making too many errors. Yesterday at 9:45 AM, I ordered a Breakfast Jack, but once again, I received the wrong order! Every Jack in the Box I visit has employees who are always speaking Spanish, laughing, and appearing to have too much fun, which may explain why there are so many mistakes. Management really needs to improve, as these errors are becoming frustrating.
I don't typically write reviews, but my experience at Jack-in-the-Box was unbelievable! A few friends and I were waiting in the drive-thru in the rain to place our order, but the doors were locked, so we couldn’t go inside. The employees were just meowing and laughing into the speaker, completely ignoring us as we tried to order. When we eventually walked away, they just stood there and laughed at us! This is absolutely unacceptable.
