Sweetgreen - Fontainebleau

We waited, and waited and waited for someone to help us with our order. The staff member dedicated his entire focus to 3 young school age girls laughing, joking, playing, exiting and re-entering the restaurant with zero regard for any other customers. It was so disrespectful. What I can is he stopped with the girls for only a nano second to let Lewis in the back know that he would be awhile...why we remainded standing and waiting.I've visited this location many times, recognize a few of the staff and the service plus food has been excellent. Today fell short of that.What did work well: Once Lewis was called to the floor, he greatly made up for it treating attentively, with patience and sincere kindness.The African American gentleman in the back kept coming forward eyeing the ingredients making sure they were well stocked, tasty and fresh. The sweet potatoes and corn were bomb!Because they managed to recover, I will give them another shot in the future.Vegetarian options: Ceasar salad is made with anchovies so it's not vegan but it sure looked good. Try the Spicy Casgew dressing instead.

This is by far my favorite lunch spot. I typically order from the this location in the grove but Coral gables is just as good. I love the staff, they are always friendly and efficient. I usually order on the app and go and pick it up. I love walking in and being able to grab and go. The times I have eaten there, I love the tables outside. Now the food, umm so delicious and alway fresh. I love being able to customize my order. I can add all of my favorites judgment free : One of the best things is the dressing, they have so many. I do have 2 favoritos, pesto and green goodness. I won't lie, green goddess usually wins. Overall, great quick and healthy food option. Important to point out that it is a little pricey.

The worst customer service, bad face and attitude. They discriminated me just for speaking Spanish. I'll never go back. They also do not follow allergy

Tried their miso salmon bowl. it was disappointing actually!

First and last time I'll come to a sweet greens. I don't know what I was expecting but they were advertising this amazing looking miso salmon and..... this is what I got. Two small thin pieces of extra toasted salmon.
