Counter Custom Burgers - Fontainebleau

Great burger. Must order on their app but that’s pretty easy. Flame broiled fresh buger. Good shoestring fries! Great airport burger joint.

I was here for a layover at the Miami airport, and when I came in and took a seat at the dining room, I had the feeling that I was being watched the entire time. The place was very empty, so the wait staff started at me and watched me eat my food. There was a bigger older guy in a red shirt who even was watching me eat from the other side of the table. My waiter went to one of the tables next to me and watched me eat. When I looked at him, he would look away as if he wasn’t watching. Overall uncomfy vibes, and was disappointed with the portion size for the price. Burger was decent, but they gave me about 7 fries. Would not recommend coming here due to how pricey it is.

The service here was okay, but for a restaurant specializing in burgers, my expectations were very high for the burger itself. The patty was clearly frozen/not fresh, lacked seasoning and flavor, and the toppings proportions were not great. I could name a dozen restaurants with a better burger.

It was good. Hate that tip was forced on me. I like to tip. I don't like being forced to. Also I don't like phone only menus. But I get it.

This was an awful experience. The food is thrown at you, overcooked. And honestly doesn’t taste good. This isn’t anything like the counter restaurants I miss. I felt betrayed that the ordering system forces you to pay the services fee. This was the worst service I have received in years. Having your overcooked food thrown at you is gross. I would not recommend anyone eat here.
