I spent the last time on December 8 to take a mignon tray as a dessert for family lunch. Despite the ressa, speed and courtesy have accompanied an always difficult choice in front of that fabulous showcase: mini Saint Honoré, mini Sacher, stuffed bigné, aragostine with chantilly cream, mini profiterol, and an infinity of other leccornie of which I do not know the name but which I obviously tasted. The top is a strawberry basket with pistachio cream and whole hazelnut above. For each celebration we rely on this excellent pastry shop that uses very fresh products.
