An address that, despite appearances, does not fab. At the beginning there is no frame, to define whether the edge of the Loire is eclipsed or not by the dock edge. Then the building remained authentic, up to the decor, the table linen and the tools of the service. But past these arguments that could tarnish the overall rating, it remains the essential: the gastronomy and the quality of the kitchen. And also the wine map. Particular emotion on the lobsters of the Degustation menu, served after a quality cooking until then never tasted like this. Perfect. The signature dishes follow each other, chic on a bed of fresh vegetables and quality juices. Lobster and calf ris are worth a visit! Careful service, traditional cuisine, local and fresh, with just what it takes to twist. A very beautiful (re)discovery.
