This company is so backwards, you’re only given 12 hours of PTO every semester meaning every 6 months, in order to get your PTO you have to work a minimum of two hours into your shift so you can’t call in sick you have to work part of your shift just to call in sick this is downright almost illegal. The Union is Useless. The motors are also garbage.

They denied my warranty claim when I had coverage up to 2026… their representive told me false information and a supervisor had to call me and correct the representative. After they denied me on my 2018 engine with only 600 hours, they decided not to prorate my coverage back to me so I have warranty on an engine that doesn’t work until 2026 now! These ppl are INSANE! I couldn't even finish half of my burrito and they were done unloading me. Maybe if I hadn't spent the first 10 mins walking my cat ???‍

If you plan on working at 15 but value your time and happiness then plant 15 isn't for you. Don't be stupid enough to think this job cares about your well-being because your wasting your time... Their time. I was fired because of my depressive episode and was promised to have my job secured because I believed that this job cares about you. I was discriminated because of my mental. And was given false hope. Now I'm jobless and stuck with depression but at least I don't work there anymore and gained my happiness back. Wish the best for you my former mercury co-workers .
