Fazoli's - Fond du Lac

I would like to use this opportunity to thank teresa, our server and josh, our cook, who gave us a wonderful meal and experience. the food proportions were large enough to fill them and very tasty. the brownie was particularly good. we liked the unlimited brotsticks too. we're coming back!

My wife and I had just a wonderful late lunch in this fazoli in fond du lac. the service of teresa was exemplary; she was very friendly, helpful, informative and attentive. teresa offered them the kind of service they long find of pastness, but that they rarely find more. a great thank you to her! also the eating cooked by rode was simply amazing. super rich, tasty and best of all fresh. much better service and quality than olive garden. and the restaurant was very clean. my wife and I felt like a royal. many thanks to teresa and rode for the great service and delicious meal. this location of fazoli places the bar as a gold standard very high. my only regret is that google will not allow me to give an evaluation of seven stars, it stops at five. again thanks to teresa, rode and fazoli!

In the name of my wife, her words. it was the midday and I had three of my grandchildren (2, 4, and 14) who broke them to spend the weekend with their “favorite aunt”. I chose fazolis who was unfamiliar to them. after 45 minutes in the van I was roared and not tensed on three children and tried to eat them. there was such a welcoming atmosphere when we went into the load. mandy met us and changed my day. she helped me find out how to feed the children. When she came to the table to serve the food, mandy spoke to the children as if they were real people, not just children. she made her feel like royal feeling. without hesitation, they began to eat. she spoke to the fourteen-year-old and was really interested in what he was talking about, what made him really happy. they responded to mandy's attention and sat in their chairs and seemed like small adult and ate everything. the children loved broth sticks. the fourteen-year-old said: “That was a really good idea; I am glad that we came here.” When it was time to go, the four-year-old would not go without saying “Gutbye” to her “new friend”. first four and characteristic shy, the four-year-old would hardly talk to mandy. fazolis and mandy were like finding an oasis in the desert. here a week later my impressions are still alive. what a difference can make a person in a family day. My fiancée and I come at least once in the week and we always leave with a smile eating is great and the cash is the best. teresa is a good soul that she thinks well and she always ensures that we are very good and we have everything we need. Even if we have a bad day, she's here to smile. I hope she'll be one that she deserves so much. we love to see that teresa can't see it again soon.

Given that this is more fast food style, it's not as fancy as a higher end restaurant. Nonetheless, the food and service were great, and you get some really good food for the price you pay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, with good service, and it's really good place to go if you want cheap Italian. And on top of all of that, the unlimited bread sticks are awesome!
