Excellent food and service every time. I've been visiting this restaurant for about 6-7 years. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely go for their boneless chicken biryani.

I've dined at this restaurant several times and have consistently enjoyed both the food and the service. It seems that before the pandemic, it operated more as a fine dining venue. The restaurant's interior is very clean, and all the staff wear masks. The service is both professional and friendly. I really appreciate the food; although I'm not Indian and can't comment on its authenticity, I find it to be reasonably priced and incredibly delicious! If you enjoy spicy dishes, you should definitely check it out. I usually prefer to order in person because I've found that delivery apps can be unreliable or overly greedy, and they don't handle orders well. Having worked as a delivery driver myself, I don't mind waiting in person since I know my food won’t be left sitting around getting cold while the service tries to save money at the expense of fairly compensating the drivers.

Absolutely fantastic! The enticing aromas wafting from the parking lot had me intrigued. We started with a spicy fish dish that reminded me of pakora, and it was delightful. Next, we enjoyed palak paneer and tikka masala, both of which were delicious. The service was exceptional too. I'm already looking forward to savoring the leftovers!

The customer service here is exceptional. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive. While we were waiting in our cars, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary drinks, and he even brought our food out to us in the scorching heat of over 100 degrees. If you're looking for delicious food, great customer service, and a wonderful overall experience, I highly recommend Ruchi Indian Cuisine!
