Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Folsom

Absolutely delicious! I love the simple self serving setup, and they have a variety of flavors and toppings. Staff can sometimes look aloof, but it's a good place.

Everything you expect from a frozen yogurt shop. Many flavors of froyo and a large amount of toppings. It's nice that there are free samples, the froyo flavors are rotating so you want to try the new ones. Price point is decent and location is alright.

I really enjoyed the strawberry sorbet along withe some of the plain frozen yogurt that I have been craving. I loved the strawberry, but thought the plain could have been either more sweet or tart. It seemed more like a frozen Greek yogurt with a very mild taste. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great frozen yogurt! My entire family loves the flavors. Get your cup, pour the frozen yogurt, add your toppings and syrups. Get it weighted and enjoy!!!

We took our grandkids to Menchies with gift cards. When the yogurt creations were weighed and we handed over the cards, we were told they couldn't be used because the gift card processor was down. Awkward! I didn't feel comfortable with how it was handled at all, so I emailed the company and got a very detailed and responsive letter from the owner. I was impressed by her follow up and her authentic concern for how we felt. She thanked us for the opportunity to give her team some added training. I was totally impressed. I have always liked the quality and variety at Menchie's. It's a plus that I have a great feeling about the owner and her team as well.
