Jamba Juice - Folsom

Aside from the amazing smoothie, the service here was spectacular. The gentleman at the cashier was super upbeat and friendly. He managed to offer their reward service without seeming salesy or rote. All together a great experience. I'll be back!

Before I sipped my drink I noticed a long hair on the inside of the drink. Pulled it out and was just going to get over it, it happens, until I found 2 more long hairs in it and tossed. That's kind of ridiculous that 3 got in. Tried to call a few timesfor a refund because I'm already a ways down the highway but they don't answer the phone so I'll just get over the $8.

This location is always amazing. Above and beyond what's expected from a smoothie shop. They always bust out your orders quicker than expected. Never make mistakes. Today their servers were down (which can be incredibly frustrating) and they still were sonice and kind and got things out as quick as possible. Amazing crew. and best jamba juice I've ever seen

I really love Jamba Juice! I enjoy the flavors and feel that my drink is completely healthy for me. This particular Jamba Juice location is similar to many others—it's rather small and tends to get crowded quickly, which can make it look a bit messy. The staff is friendly, but I feel like they might be a little understaffed, though I'm not entirely sure. I do wish the prices were a bit more reasonable, but overall, I’m still satisfied.

This location is consistently impressive and exceeds expectations for a smoothie shop. They always prepare orders faster than anticipated and never make mistakes. Even today, when their servers were down (which can be really frustrating), the staff remained friendly and efficient, ensuring everything was served as quickly as possible. They have an amazing team, and this is the best Jamba Juice I've ever been to!
