Gong Cha - Folsom

I've been to this restaurant three times, and every visit has been wonderful. The sweetness and ice levels are perfectly balanced, especially since you can customize them to your preference. The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, made even better by the cheerful customers enjoying the board games on offer. There was one instance when my order took a bit longer to arrive, but that didn’t lessen my overall enjoyment. I would choose this place over others without hesitation, especially because of its convenient location.

I went for my first visit and absolutely loved it! The Thai Milk Tea was amazing, and I really appreciated the variety of tea options on the menu. I'm looking forward to going back soon!

I had the Panda Milk Tea, and it was amazing. The boba was perfectly cooked—not too firm and not overly chewy. The flavor was just right.

Nestled at the far left end of the 99 Ranch Market shopping center in Folsom at the intersection of Blue Ravine and Natona Street, Gong Cha is my new favorite place for bubble tea! I purchased a set of metal straws (one normal width and one extra wide for boba) also includes a straw cleaner and cute Gong Cha carrying bag. I was impressed at their eco-friendly policy to encourage the use of metal straws instead of one-time-use plastic straws. Truly delicious offerings. You must add it to your bubble tea favorites!

Gong Cha is amazing! Get the panda tea it is a combination of black and white boba! The staff is great about explaining all your different options and helping you get exactly the drink you want or try something completely new and different. There need to be more Gong Chas in the United States. Franchise people! Franchise!
