Fukumi Ramen (folsom)

I rarely take that time to leave reviews and, if I do, its typically because I feel the location deserves positive feedback. DoorDash always poses hurdles with delivery times and presentation challenges but this one was a big miss. $21 for ramen that is literally some noodles, sprouts, and three pieces of pork belly already rubbed me wrong. Then I opened my $8 salad to find nothing but wilted lettuce and a cup of dressing. At least put a little effort into it. Won't be back.

The Fukumi Ramen was so delicious!! The batch of kimchi wasn't very good though.

Fukumi Ramen offers some of the finest ramen I've ever experienced. The broth is outstanding—rich and flavorful while avoiding excessive saltiness. The seasoned eggs are cooked to perfection, and the melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork belly ties everything together beautifully. I can't recommend this place enough; if you enjoy ramen, don't hesitate—give it a try!

The portion size of the ramen is quite small. Fukumi could definitely be more generous, especially when customers are paying $20 for a bowl of soup.

The Spicy Karaage was one of the best chicken dishes I've ever tasted! It was packed with flavor without being overly spicy. The ramen was fantastic, with a broth that had excellent taste, and the pork belly was incredibly tender. The honey garlic chicken was also tasty. I recommend enhancing it with some Sriracha and fresh green onions!
