Papa John's Folkestone

Food took 1 hour 20 to arrive, called on the hour mark to be told it was with the driver would be 2 minutes.. 15 minutes later (the same time it takes to drive from location to location) it finally shows up.. sides (potato tots with bacon) arrived burnt the pizzas were luke warm at best! Won’t be returning in a hurry!

I made an order through the pap John's app. I made a simple mistake of miss typing my phone number. My pizza was then delivered to a different person. I called the store wondering where my food was and was spoken to very rudely and told I wouldn't get a replacement because it was my fault the delivery driver have my food to somebody else. If the driver had simply asked for the name on the order they would have discovered they had the wrong guy. Good job papa John's. Apparently you just employ anyone.

Ordered online as I had a half price voucher from Papa John's after watching a Papa John's Trophy football game on my laptop. The pizza we ordered was just what we wanted. Well cooked and not to much bread!

This takeaway service was fast with good quality of food the food was very nice they also had good costumer service

Very nice but please hold the salt and MSG next time. Greek style. Unusual and very nice. Done quickly and good service.
