Excellent farm, you eat their local products cooked with great love and delicacy. The reception of the owner contributes to the feeling of a family lunch! Do not miss the arso wheat pasta and ricotta tart! From now on I will always use it as a stop on the journey!
A few weeks ago, we stopped with my wife and son in this farm immersed in the countryside of Cerignola. To welcome us was Mr. Nicola who advised us typical dishes of the territory as homemade pasta with arson wheat and an incredibly tender cut despite we had asked that it was well cooked. In addition to the goodness and genuineness of the prepared dishes, we enjoyed the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Nicola. We felt like home. We will definitely stop at the next opportunity.
I had the pleasure of returning to this restaurant more than 10 years away, and the memory of fresh flavors did not disappoint me. Very nice place in the countryside. Nicola and the staff are very kind people and they always know how to advise you best. Appetizers, first, second, exquisite contours and sweets! The thing that kidnaps of this place is the freshness of raw materials and the skill with which they cook and serve. I hope I can come back as soon as possible!
Do not pass from Puglia without stopping from Nicola. Person of exquisite kindness and generosity as the products, strictly of the territory, with which it enbands the table. The flours of durum wheat and arson wheat express the tradition of this land declined in breads, pizzas, tarts and home made pasta. Also excellent cut and desserts. Very recommended.
