Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill - Floyds Knobs

Got carry out last night. It was a Saturday after 5 so I knew there would be a wait. I worked in food service for over 30 years and I know the drill. The lady in front of me was a complete a hole but that has nothing to do with my wonderful service and delicious dinner. They we're working their butts off in the kitchen. Great job.

When did they change their queso recipe? Tumbleweed is certainly not the same place as it was when I was a kid, but you could always count on the queso tasting the same. This is no longer true. Don't know if I get a bad batch or if this is the new recipe, but what I got tonight was not tumbleweed queso. Very sad about that.

I ordered takeout on line. Order was ready. The Spare Ribs were so salty all through the meat, not just the top. They were edible but unlikely to return to this restaurant. The sides were mediocre at best. If it had been earlier in the evening I would have returned both meals!

We ate there on a Friday night and they were not busy. The service was good 4 star. The food was awful. My chicken tenders were overcooked and dry. My husband had a wrap and the waffle fries were overcooked. the wrap had cheese and he had asked for it without cheese. Both of our food orders were lukewarm. The portion size for the price was not good. It has gone down hill

Ordered curbside online. When I arrived they said they weren't doing curbside. If that's the case you should disable the option to do so. They are too lazy to bring the food to your curbside spot. DONT OFFER CURBSIDE IF YOU CANT DO CURBSIDE.
