LACK OF ON-SITE MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They refuse to provide the name or contact information for a manager or owner. When you call, you end up talking to someone with a heavy accent who's difficult to understand! The app indicated that my pizza was ready, but when I arrived at the store to pick it up, the staff acted completely clueless about my order. I had to recreate it without even being able to check what I originally ordered. This is no way to operate a business! The staff, mostly teenagers, seem to lack any understanding of customer service. As for the pizza, I really enjoyed the veggie pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and the sausage and pepperoni pizza. The pizza dough from Papa John’s is a definite favorite of mine! However, my top picks were the cheese sticks, which were delicious, and surprisingly, the Oreo bites—these tasted just like warm mini cinnamon rolls sprinkled with Oreo crumbles! Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I can't wait to go back!
