Ihop - Flowood

It 's a Sunday morning and they are not busy that should have been our first sign. I would give this IHOP a zero if I could. If you want an iced coffee, expect it to be water down. It seems that they just pour hot coffee over iced. They took the literal definition of Iced coffee. And you got the usual experience with bad service, impatient waiters, food taking too long, etc. But what I can 't forgive and why this review should deserve a zero, IHOP (International House of Pancakes) serves you undercooked pancakes.

Sunday September 24th found a fly in my boyfriend's cold coffee drink, service was poor. Long weight and manager argued with us about the bill. I do not recommend this place.

The service at Flowood, MS was slow due to a lot of people didn't want to work anymore. The ones that did show up to work, were awesome. They gave the best service you could have ever asked for while doing their best to keep up and all the while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on their face. Mrs. Gwen not only worked the floor but also worked the kitchen. I believe every one of the staff was working extra stations today. They never waivered and the food was outstanding. Best IHOP experience ever.

Extremely slow service. Only 2 tables were occupied now waiting over an hour since order still no food. 1 waitress not sure how many kitchen staff.

Food was good.. Service was slow...Had the senior sampler, by accident.. Ordered from the regular menu.. Even put my finger on it when ordering... Waitress put in for senior sampler. It turned out to be ok and saved 4$. Turned out to be Just enough food.. Atmosphere was laidback casual..
