Great service. Friendly staff. Awesome subs (I get the Hook and Ladder EVERY TIME! . For a quicker visit, call ahead and place your order, so it will be ready when you get there. You won't have to wait. The cookies at the counter are good, but not as good as Subway's. They also have kettle-cooked chips, which are the best.

I visited for the first time today and had a fantastic experience! The location is a bit hard to spot from the road (it's behind the Ufer in the Publix parking lot, as shown in the photo). The place was very clean (see photo). I ordered a steamed veggie sub, which was better than at most other Firehouse locations I've been to. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and welcoming. A man behind me was quite rude, but that’s beyond their control. I had to wait a little while, but it was completely understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!
