Starbucks - Flower Mound

Website says it is open until 8:00. At 7:3 p.m. CLOSED. I guess you can't really believe everything you read on the internet, huh?! Hey Starbucks, how about updating your website, so people aren't in their cars and drive to your location if you won't be open.

I came to this Starbucks to get my usual drink, the salted caramel cream cold foam cold brew, with a double shot of espresso, 2 pumps vanilla, 1 pump sugar cookie, 2 and half a cup of java chips, heavy whiping cream, 12 cups of Matcha powered and 3/4 a package sweet n low, the drink cam did it very quickly and super! I must say, although I can clearly say that he has a little more than 3/4 of the sweet n low package in my drink, overall great experience!!!!

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday and was the only one in line. There were two employees behind the counter, but I waited for 8 minutes without receiving a smile, a nod, or any acknowledgment of my presence. Since there's no option to give zero stars, I had to leave a single star instead.

The staff member didn’t know how to operate the register, and what I ordered was just an iced chai tea latte and a decaf cold brew Americano. It felt like a warning sign. I considered leaving but decided to stay for my order. Unfortunately, she also didn’t know how to prepare the Americano and admitted to making a mistake, then just poured regular coffee into the cup. My iced chai tea latte wasn't what I expected; it turned out to be just iced milk with a hint of cinnamon flavor. I ended up throwing it away. I was hoping to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but that went out the window. I'll be sticking to Starbucks from now on.

I’ve waited to post this review to make sure it wasn’t a one time occurrence. In the picture, I asked for a venti latte with an extra shot. I could taste no coffee, took off the lid, and saw this. I am sure they only added one shot, not an extra shot. This Tom Thumb Starbucks has been getting my order wrong multiple times. If you’re like me, don’t get coffee often and want a good treat, don’t come here. It most likely won’t be right.
