Have always gone at a not-busy time...So service has been great...and the food has been good. Veggie sandwich available. And now they have introduced Pizza as well...

The worst management I have seen in years. Placed a delivery order and waited well over an hour . I called and they told me my order is still sitting up there and that they didn't have any delivery drivers and did not see a reason to call and tell me . The manager should be terminated, as well as the rest of the shift.

Do you really close at 9 pm as posted? Or do you stop serving customers at 8:45 (or maybe even earlier) so your staff can clock out at 9? If it’s the latter (and yes, it is), you might want to change your advertised closing time to 8:45 so customers won’t arrive at 8:50 expecting to be served (stupid us). But then, you’d probably lock those doors at 8:30, right? This location must be doing so well that management isn’t concerned about losing customers and sales.

Had the Ruben on the menu, asked for the #12 and the Zir was very confused and told me they don't sale that sandwich.
