Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant was quite empty when we went on Saturday night, only other couples were there. the eating was quite decent, although the service was really terrible. the waiters sat around the restaurant with feet on chairs, played on their phones and spoke loudly. we had to constantly disturb the sushi cook when we needed our waiter.
Valentinstag Friday. try to use the doubt during the experience. I couldn't do it after a bed. When we get there, we find out that their online registration was downstairs. Those of us who booked online could prove that we had reservations, but they still entrusted us with the walk-ins. there were some people who came out. not only did they look underconstrained, they looked subconsistent/subsidiary. it seemed like they had either no bus driver or they called. they had tables next to each other who left about the same time. the wise thing to do would have been to clean the three tables quickly to be in a position to clog the couples that blocked their tiny entrance. their host cleaned tables, but they looked like they haven't done many tables yet. these tables were immediately side by side, but a table was cleaned, ten minutes later the next, then ten minutes after the third. no busters, no servier dishes. the personal ran individually from the kitchen, the bar and the sushi bar, with only what they fit in the arms/hands. on our side of the restaurant did not help the other staff. bar was out of so much from the subordination – from liqueurs from their signature drinks. my wife ordered various drinks (no and all five were out. the server wasn't even told about the bar what they were out. Owner/mgr nice enough, but looked like he's going to be totally overwhelmed next to the kitchen. weinwand had literally fluffing on it (the spots for standard sushi rolls were somewhat larger than the circumference of a nickel. had special menu for the day, but no prices. the server said that she was not told details of the menu; she had to ask another server. Afro-American female server on the other side of the restaurant looked like she had their things together – our experience would have been better if my wife and I were sitting in their section but bad mgmt plan overall. one and only one, never again.
My wife and I were on our dinner booking. we were together with some other people who had booked dinner. Finally we sat (on a high table in the bar). we were informed that no warm food from the kitchen would be available unless we ordered the Valentine Special. nothing looked like it came out of the Valentine's Special menu. the server let us know that they were far behind us and our order would take a while to get to us. we have not been so happy to wait and go to a fast food restaurant. we have eaten in pastness in piranha killer sushi and really enjoyed eating. this night was a total catastrophe on all counts. they really dropped the ball.
Waited minutes after our reservation time be seated. Waitress was excellent, it was only her second day but she did a great job. Food took about an hour to get out. Overall not a bad experience, especially since it was Valentine’s Day, but with a reservation we were expecting to be seated a little quicker.
This was by far the worst sushi dinner experience I have ever had. We had a reservation for PM on Valentine's Day and walked in the door at There was a line so long and not a hostess in site. We did not get seated at our table until Tried to order immediately from a waitress who could not care less, and then did not get our appetizers until The potstickers and the drinks were the highlight of our meal. We get the Dr. Fran Roll, the Volcano Roll and the Ahi Tuna Tower. Everything comes out doused in sauces. One of these is a wasabi cream sauce. I'm not talking about a nice drizzle of sauce. Our entire roll was DRENCHED. I love wasabi and it was even too much for me. My boyfriend hates it, which is why we always try to look at the ingredients on the menu so that we avoid the sauces that contain wasabi. These three rolls had NO mention of a wasabi sauce of any kind. And the worst part was it was so spicy and our waitress did not come by a single time to refill our waters. Not only did we have to wait an hour and a half and the manager was aware, we were not even offered a single item comped. I am completely disappointed in this experience and will make sure to tell all of my friends and family to avoid this chain.
